How to manage Candidates in the different levels of hiring?

Once candidates complete the test and the report has been generated, evaluators can sort candidates into various categories. For example, Shortlisted, Offered, Rejected etc.
This is how it can be done:

Step 1: Log into your MAPIT account
Step 2: Click on Manage Tests on the Menu bar
Step 3: In Tests Hosted click on Report next to concerned test
Step 4: Select the candidate(s) to be sorted by clicking on the
tick icon
Step 5: Click on
 Mark as on top of the screen
Step 6: Choose the appropriate category

The categories can be customized by clicking on the customize icon next to the existing categories.
